Casting Crowns

Faith has a new beat, and that beat is coming to Budweiser Events Center. Grammy winning Christian Rock sensation Casting Crowns bring real life, real faith, and real music to Northern Colorado's premier entertainment facility, July 20 at 7:00 p.m.
'The Altar and the Door' features thought provoking tracks like "East to West" and "Slow Fade" challenging listeners to embrace forgiveness and inspire purposeful living through Christian ideals. The group will also perform hits from its other platinum albums Lifesong and Casting Crowns.
"When we're at the altar, everything makes sense. We know what we're supposed to do. We know how we're supposed to live, but somewhere between the altar and the door, when we leave and go out into our lives, it all leaks out, and everything gets gray again," says Casting Crowns' Mark Hall. "The Christian life is the journey between the altar and door, trying to get the things you've got in your head, into your hands, feet, into your life. The Altar and The Door is all about the journey."

The PRCA Rodeo celebrates one year of bucks, busts and brawls at Dale Weist Arena at the Larimer County Fair, presented by Ranch Way-Feeds, when it kicks-off the three night event at Budweiser Events Center on Sunday August 2 at 7 p.m. The PRCA Rodeo continues on Monday, August 3 at 7 p.m. and concludes with 'Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night' on Tuesday, August 4 at 7 p.m., where cowboys and all attendees are encouraged to wear pink shirts, hats and boots in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
The 2009 PRCA Rodeo will include several famous rodeo personalities such as the four-time PRCA Announcer of the Year, Hadley Barrett; longtime PRCA Stock Contractor; previous Stock Contractor of the Year, Beutler and Son; and trick riding and roping legend, Max Reynolds.
