Located at 1625 Pelican Lakes Point in Windsor, Colorado, the Colorado Eagles are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Additionally, on Budweiser Events Center or Colorado Eagles on Saturday on sale dates, their office is open from 10am-12pm. All hours subject to change. Woody's Newsstand and Cafe in Greeley, CO

Located at 942 9th Avenue in Greeley, CO Woody's Newsstand and Cafe is open Monday-Friday from 6am - 6pm. Saturdays from 8am - 5pm and on Sunday's from 8am - 2pm. Sells tickets between 7 am - 11 am & 2 pm - 5:30 pm (M-F), 9:00 am - 4 pm (Sat), 9:00 am - 1 pm (Sun). *No ticket info over the phone*

QHow can I purchase tickets?

ATickets may be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our call center toll free at 1-877-544-TIXX (8499). Call our Event Hotline at 970-619-4111 for information about upcoming events, group sales, premium services, and more. Tickets may also be purchased online at ComcastTix.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our print at home capability, you may print your tickets using your home computer and printer.

QWhat forms of payment do you accept?

QHow do I get will call?

ATickets already paid for but not received and complimentary tickets are available at the Budweiser Events Center Will Call window located at the main box office on the west side of the center. Will call is available one hour prior to the event and only the patron whose name is on the tickets may pick up the tickets with a valid ID card as identity verification. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, the Budweiser Events Center personnel has no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office.

QHow do I order wheelchair or other accessible seating?

AAccessible seating is available for all events at the Budweiser Events Center. The Budweiser Events Center is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Events Center. Accessible Seating can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at (970) 619-4111, 1-877-544-8499 or at the main box office. It is recommended that accessible seating be purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs.

QDo I need a ticket for my child?

ADiscounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by the event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Children under 2 are typically admitted free to the Events Center so long as they are seated on the lap of an adult. Policies differ from show to show so please check www.budweisereventscenter.com for specific show information. Sesame Street and Dragon Tales, Live both require children whom have had their first birthday to have an admission ticket.

QHow do I find out about events as they go on sale?

AThe marketing department announces events through the local media and press releases and information on our website. A great way to get inside information on upcoming ticket sale information is through our Cyber Club club. Log onto budweisereventscenter.com to join. Another way to find out about on sale dates and times is through our event line at 970-619-4111.

QWhat if I don't receive my tickets in the mail or I lose them or they are stolen?

AIf tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, you should immediately contact the Budweiser Events Center box office at 877-544-8499.

QWhat happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?

AIn the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Budweiser Events Center website and event line. Please be aware that the best way to contact individual ticket holders is through the local media. If an event is cancelled, please contact us at 877-544-8499 and we will inform you on how to receive your refund.

QHow do I pay for parking at an event?

AParking is already included in the ticket purchase for many of the events at the Budweiser Events Center. Parking must be purchased separately for some events at the gate such as Colorado Eagles Hockey games and Colorado ICE football and a few others.

QWhat is the difference between adult and adult club tickets?

ATickets in our club seat sections Q, R, S, and T are subject to a slight premium surcharge due to their added ammenities of a padded seat and access to the full service restaurant. Only suite holders and those in sections Q,R,S,T have access to the restaurant. For restaurant reservations, please call us at 970-619-4053.
