QWhat is a Group?

AA group is 10-20 or more (depending on the event). Groups consist of friends and neighbors, business associates, members of a church, bowling leagues, alumni groups, teachers and students, firefighters, police officers or EMS workers, doctors and nurses, sports fans, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, sales teams, classmates, soul mates, joggers, etc.

QGroup Savings?

ABy getting a group together, your group will receive special discounts and the best available seating to most of our family and sports entertainment, including Harlem Globetrotters, Disney on Ice and many more. Groups usually save between $2 and $7 per ticket!

QAdvanced Notice?

AYour group will receive information on shows in advance of the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase seats during the pre-sale and before they go on sale to the public!

QHow to Book Your Group?

ASimply give the Group Sales Department a call for dates, times and prices of the event your group is interested in and we will personally help you plan a group outing, provide the best available seating , help you get the appropriate seats for your group, and save you money.

QPersonal Service?

AOur Group Sales Department has vast experience working with groups like yours and they will personally see to it that your visit to the Budweiser Events Center is the best that it can be.

QAdditional Incentives?

AThere may be an exclusive group clinic, meet & greet with a character from the show, or an opportunity to have lunch or dinner in our exclusive Champion Auto Group Executive Restaurant.

QWhen Should we Arrive for the Show/Event?

ADoors open one hour prior to the event, so you can arrive anytime after that. If there is an exclusive "groups only" pre-show event, you will be notified of the appropriate time to arrive.

QWhat is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets?

ADepends on the show, ask for details.

QHow do we Pay for our Group Ticket Order?

ACall, email or fax in your order to the Group Sales Department. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks should be made payable to the Budweiser Events Center for events and must be received no later than 2 weeks before show date to be accepted. Cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance.

QWhat is your policy on refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets?

AWe are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged.

QWhat age does a child need to be to be admitted free?

AUsually children under 24 months old are admitted free, and can sit on an adult's lap. At Sesame Street Live and Dragon Tales Live, children under 12 months old are admitted free, and can sit on an adult's lap.

QHow Much is Parking?

AParking fees are included in most advertised group ticket prices. Parking is $5 per car (to be paid at the gate) and is not included in the ticket prices for the Colorado Eagles & Disney on Ice.
